We keep a mix of rare heritage breeds and modern hybrids.  Our breeding stock is carefully chosen to represent iconic traits of each breed.

Ayam Cemani

This breed originated in Sumatra, Indonesia, where it’s rumored to have magical capabilities that connect the living with their ancestors and is considered a good luck charm! The breed is famous for its all-black feathers, face, and skin (feathers have a stunning blue/purple iridescence).

Marans
Blue Silver, Splash & Lavender

Classic dark brown egg laying French Marans breed in colors seem less often.  This group is a mix of splash or blue with silver neck plumage and an occaisional lavender.

Splash Olive Eggers

We have created the popular hybrid between a greenlayer and a Marans to specifically yield a splash feathered chicken laying sage to moss green eggs.

Silkie Green Eggers

The beloved fluffy chickens in blue and splash color but with a twist - laying green eggs instead of the classic beige.

Moonbeam Zombies

The dark beauty of Ayam Cemani and the egg laying heroism of the classic White Leghorn have been combined to create this chicken with a unique appearance and winning egg laying capabilities.

Fibrocana Green Eggers

Stunning blue hybrid with adorable beards, sweet personalities and dark fibro skin pigmentation.  These unique beauties will lay blue-green eggs.

The classic Pearl Fee quail crossed with the silver gene mutation to create a lighter silver fee color pattern on a snowie white base.

Snowie Cotournix Quail

We are crossing our Celadons with Texas A&M quail known for their large size to create a celadon that lays jumbo eggs.  This cross is still in progress! More to come...

XXL Celadon Cotournix Quail

The classic domesticated Cotournix laying light blue to turqoise eggs, often speckled.  This group is almost entirely tuxedo (white feathers on lower half) with various color backs.
